Dance Of The Irish

Richard Shire (O.C) is river dancing.

I felt like I had to draw it since I really do enjoy watching river dancing from a movie I watched as a child and it was Michael Flately's Lord Of The Dance.I had no idea that there was a such thing called an Irish pointe.It was interesting and beautiful.

This is a late drawing for St.Patrick's day but I don't care XD I finished it!

I wanted to draw him in a form of a dance that I didn't want it to see too exaggerated and looked too minimal in "movement".I wanted him to look expressive and cool in a dancing pose that looked as though he was moving.
And as you can see,Richard put up with what little hair he had (since he found it easier to manage while dancing).Now I didn't know what clothes to give him and I didn't want to give him a costume since I just wanted him to be in something casual.Seeing the picture reference I decided to go with that idea,but I didn't want him to be all black so I had to color the pants.I didn't want to color them in blue (representing jeans) because it's not very easy to dance in jeans.Trust me.I mean they can be but it's a little restricting.
So,I didn't know what to color them and then I thought...why don't I just go with green? I honestly didn't want to (Idk y) but I went with it anyway.

• His right hand looks weird since some of his fingers look..odd.
• That shoe may be too big.That type of shoe was very hard to draw ; u ;
• His mouth...I don't like it...I had pictured something else,but it looked creeper status =w=;;
• I think his leg (the one sticking out) is too short...shoulda been longer..
• Them ears...I think they should've been thicker-ish and longer.Dangnabit! TAT
